Senior Project Manager – Complex Refurbishment & Fit-Out Projects
Salter Grange has partnered with a nationwide, Tier 1 main contractor seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver high-value, complex projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover.
This role requires a confident leader who performs well in challenging environments and can take ownership of programme delivery, commercial performance, quality, and stakeholder coordination.
As Senior Project Manager, you will:
- Take responsibility for managing projects from pre-construction through delivery and handover
- Lead complex projects end-to-end, ensuring successful coordination across all stages from early planning to completion
- Manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and interfaces effectively
- Support pre-construction activities, contributing to planning, design coordination, procurement, and risk management
- Drive programme delivery, commercial awareness, safety standards, and quality outcomes
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships while leading high-performing site teams
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience in at least one specialist workstream (heritage, custodial, or CAT B fit-out)
- Successful delivery of medium to high-value, complex construction projects
- Strong understanding of pre-construction processes, including design coordination and procurement
- A track record of delivering safe, high-quality projects with sound commercial awareness
