We’re looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our fast‑paced, friendly finance team. If you’ve worked in AP, AR or Cashiering and want a role with variety, ownership and impact, this is for you.

 

What you’ll do

  • Process AP invoices, credit notes and payment runs
  • Handle vendor queries and complete AP reconciliations
  • Allocate customer payments and manage Direct Debits
  • Produce statements and support credit control
  • Post and reconcile daily cash book transactions
  • Process refunds and weekly expenses
  • Support the wider admin team when needed

 

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar finance role
  • Strong AP and/or Cashiering knowledge
  • Confident with ERP/accounting systems and Excel
  • High accuracy, organisation and a proactive mindset
  • Clear communication and ability to work under pressure
