We're recruiting for a Receptionist to join a professional organisation within the financial services industry. This is a key front-of-house role where you'll help deliver a first-class client and office experience.
The Role – Receptionist
- Be the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Provide a welcoming and professional front-of-house service
- Manage meeting rooms, refreshments, and office presentation
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks across the business
- Maintain and update CRM/data systems (training provided)
- Assist with post, deliveries, and general office coordination
Key Skills & Experience – Receptionist
- Some office experience required
- Personality – someone who is a strong communicator, highly professional and quick leaner
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional, proactive, and able to multitask
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Receptionist Details
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
- Location based role (Central London & Weybridge)
- £25,000 salary + bonus + benefits
