We are supporting a well‑established children’s residential provider in Shrewsbury to appoint a Home Manager.

The Role: Home Manager / Registered Manager
You will have full accountability for:
- The overall quality, compliance, and safeguarding of the home
- Leading and developing a stable, values‑led staff team
- Ensuring strong Ofsted compliance and positive inspection outcomes
- Delivering child‑centred care and positive outcomes for young people
- Working closely with senior leaders and external professionals during the opening of the new home
This role offers a genuine opportunity to shape the culture, systems, and leadership approach of a growing residential service while maintaining a strong focus on stability and safeguarding.
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced Registered Manager in children’s residential care
- Level 4 or 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (Children & Young People) or working towards
- Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, safeguarding, and quality assurance
- A calm, resilient, and values‑led leadership style
- Confidence managing change and supporting service growth
