HR Advisor FTC 18-24mths, £35-37k + completion bonus + full benefits.
We're looking for a confident and pragmatic HR Advisor to join a busy operational team. You will report to an experienced HR Business Partner and work within a HR team.
This is a hands-on role with an ER focus — ideal for someone who thrives on variety, builds strong relationships with operational leaders, and isn't afraid to get stuck in.
What you'll be doing:
• Leading on ER matters — disciplinaries, investigations, absence and performance
• Coaching and guiding managers to build their confidence in handling people issues
• Providing practical, responsive HR advice across a shift-based, high-volume environment
• Supporting recruitment during peak periods
• Ensuring compliance, consistency and fairness in all people decisions
What we're looking for:
• Proven HR Advisor experience in a fast-paced or operational setting
• Strong ER knowledge and the confidence to advise at pace
• Experience supporting frontline or shift-based teams
• Good working knowledge of current employment law
