MB are partnering with a leading retail group, looking for a permanent HRBP. This is a 5-day at-site role, based in Wembley.


This is a true HR Business Partner role within a growing retail organisation where people strategy meets commercial delivery. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, driving performance, shaping culture, and influencing key business decisions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Partnering with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business goals
  • Leading complex employee relations cases and providing expert guidance
  • Driving engagement, performance, and organisational effectiveness
  • Supporting change management and transformation initiatives
  • Using data and insight to inform people decisions
  • Coaching and developing managers to elevate leadership capability


What We’re Looking For:


  • Proven HRBP or Senior Advisor experience in retail, food manufacturing, or similar sectors
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to influence at senior level
  • Track record of managing complex ER and organisational challenges
  • Resilient, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
  • Ambitious and driven, with a focus on continuous improvement


Salary: Up to £45,000
