What you’ll be doing?
This role sits right at the side of senior leadership. A true all-rounder. Sharp enough to anticipate what's needed before it's asked. Trusted with the things that matter most.
You’ll sit right at the centre of leadership, operations and finance, joining the dots, keeping things moving, and making sure nothing gets missed.
- Supporting senior leaders so they can operate at their best — briefings, priorities, board prep
- Owning documentation, compliance and standards across multiple sites
- Managing contracts, suppliers and statutory requirements on behalf of leadership
- Acting as the bridge between sites and head office — clear communication, both ways
- Working alongside ops to deliver on the ground and keep things moving
- Supporting marketing, planning and key events from end to end
- Maintaining clean data and producing accurate outputs for board reporting
- Supporting HR admin, payroll and employee records with care and discretion
- Tracking absence, holidays and compliance so nothing slips
- Spotting inefficiencies, fixing them, and driving better ways of working
- Supporting delivery across projects, seasonal readiness and new initiative
What we're looking for…
- Ideally, you’ll have experience with Zonal and Fourth Hospitality systems.
- Experience in a senior EA or business support role, ideally close to leadership
- Background in multi-site environments (hospitality, leisure, retail)
- Someone who brings structure, calm and order wherever they go
- Strong attention to detail (you notice what others miss)
- Discreet, professional and trusted with sensitive information
- Commercial awareness — you understand what good looks like
- Confident working with senior stakeholders at every level
- Able to juggle multiple moving parts without dropping the ball
