The Opportunity

You will join a busy and well-regarded Commercial Property team, working on a varied caseload alongside experienced colleagues. The role offers a strong mix of responsibility and support, providing the platform to build technical expertise while developing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting on complex commercial property transactions
• Managing your own caseload with appropriate supervision
• Drafting and negotiating contracts and supporting documentation
• Reviewing titles and preparing detailed reports for clients
• Conducting and analysing property searches
• Supporting transactions through to exchange and completion
• Providing clear, commercially focused advice to a range of clients
