This company, established over 50-years' ago employ 50 staff across three regions. They have an existing Bristol office and have recently relocating to larger premises in the city centre to support their growth and presence in the South West.

The hiring manager is looking for an individual with a minimum 12-months post degree experience and either working towards final assessment with the RICS or just achieved chartered status.
Employee benefits include; 25 days holiday (plus additional 3 days at Christmas), private healthcare (after successful completion of probation period), life insurance, local car parking permit, flexible working and working from home options. The provision of a car allowance will be considered.
The package will also be immediately reviewed once achieved chartered status, which will likely be £40,000 to £45,000 (basic salary) plus car allowance.
