We're looking for a proactive and commercially minded Continuous Improvement (CI) Manager to join our team supporting a major client in West Cumbria. This is a fantastic opportunity to take full ownership of the CI life-cycle—driving efficiencies, shaping business cases, and delivering measurable value across a complex and high-profile contract.
This is a standalone role where you'll work closely with operational teams, stakeholders, and clients to uncover opportunities, challenge ways of working, and deliver real, tangible improvements.
