This isn’t a role where you’re handed a programme and told to deliver it. You’ll be involved from the early stages, shaping how projects are planned, staffed, and executed.

There’s a strong pipeline of work secured for the next 5+ years, covering complex HV and substation projects where good decisions early on make a real difference later.

• If you come from a technical background, especially electrical design, there’s a clear path here
• If you’re a more general Project Manager who has delivered substation or power projects, you’ll also fit

What you’ll be doing

• Taking ownership of projects from planning through to handover
• Coordinating design, engineering, and site teams so things run as they should
• Managing subcontractors and keeping delivery on track
• Working closely with commercial teams to keep costs under control
• Dealing directly with clients and keeping communication clear
• Driving programme, quality, and safety across the project
