Title: Real Estate Associate — 3+ PQE (Leeds / Fully Remote)

Salary: £60,000 – £64,000

Location: Leeds or Fully Remote — Flexible (minimal, planned travel)

The Work

• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases (new, renewals and reversionary)
• Preparing ancillary documents including licences to alter and rent deposit deeds
• Managing tenant due diligence and liaising with client advisors
• Handling lease management matters (assignments, underlettings, variations)
• Supervising junior lawyers and supporting wider transactional work where needed

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ PQE in commercial real estate (England & Wales qualified) Solicitor, Legal Executive or CLC.
• Experience with landlord and tenant work, ideally within structured or high-volume environments
• Comfortable working within defined processes and delivery models
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
• A practical, commercially focused approach
