The Business

I’m partnering with a fast-growing, self-funded analytics consultancy specialising in marketing effectiveness, digital insight and media performance. With a strong retained client base and continued pipeline growth, this is a genuine growth hire within a stable, scaling business.

The Role

This is a senior, client-facing insight role focused on owning key relationships through data. You’ll deliver high-impact analysis across digital and media performance, build and refine measurement frameworks, challenge agency outputs, and confidently present to senior marketing stakeholders. You’ll also mentor others and help shape output quality, without formal line management

responsibility.

Requirements

• Strong experience managing senior stakeholders through data
• Digital marketing and media effectiveness analytics experience
• Confident presenter, able to simplify complex insight
• Experience with enterprise analytics platforms (Adobe preferred)
• Commercial mindset and ability to challenge agency work
