Whether you’ve worked in care, youth work, SEN settings, schools, or similar environments, your experience is highly valued and transferable.

You could be placed in one of the following roles depending on your experience and strengths:

• General Classroom Teaching Assistant
• 1:1 SEN Support Assistant
• Behaviour Mentor
• Pastoral Support Assistant
• Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
• EYFS Support Assistant

⭐ What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting pupils with their learning in and out of the classroom
• Working 1:1 or with small groups of pupils
• Supporting children with SEN needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or communication needs
• Assisting the class teacher with lessons, activities, and routines
• Providing positive, consistent behaviour support
• Helping create a safe, nurturing learning environment
• Building trusting relationships with pupils who need stability
