The Role

This is a great opportunity for an Account Handler with 2–5 years’ experience to join a growing brokerage where you’ll play a key role in supporting Account Executives and managing your own portfolio of clients.

You’ll be responsible for delivering a high standard of service, maintaining strong client relationships, and supporting business growth through effective account management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting Account Executives in retaining and developing client relationships
  • Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments, and general policy administration
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a high level of service
  • Working extensively with Acturis to manage policies, documentation, and client records
  • Liaising with insurers to obtain terms and negotiate cover
  • Handling claims queries and supporting the claims process
  • Preparing and issuing accurate documentation in a timely manner
  • Building strong relationships with clients, insurers, and internal stakeholders


What We’re Looking For

  • 2–5 years’ experience within an insurance account handling role
  • Strong understanding of the commercial / property insurance market
  • Experience using Acturis (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Organised with strong attention to detail
  • A team player with a proactive and ambitious approach
  • Working towards or willingness to study towards Cert CII (desirable)
