Role Overview
- Delivering talent to Principle Consultant
- Collaborating with other teams to share candidates and maximise opportunities for the individuals we work with, and the business
- Assisting senior colleagues in Legal Support
Responsibilities
- Candidate sourcing and delivery, working with the Principle Consultant to understand key requirements with clients, or general talent shortages. Working with those candidates as their primary point of contact
- Managing pipeline through to completion and aftercare
- Assist in ad hoc duties when Manager isn’t in the office which could include, pipeline, email and diary management
- Managing pre-established accounts as their point of contact, understanding their requirements and introducing candidates for live roles and on a speculative basis
Candidate Generation Strategy
- LinkedIn headhunting, with LinkedIn Recruiter account
- Market mapping, referrals and leads
- Engaging our current database, through phone activity, automation technology and email
- Advertising through LinkedIn, Reed and our website
- Access to Reed CV database
Client Relationship
- Introducing candidates to current clients in portfolio handled by Principle Consultant
- Picking up ad-hoc client requirements from eshots and introductions from the team
- Working with colleagues from other teams to understand which of those opportunities might be suitable to present to their candidates
Role Development
- The role can evolve to a full 360 Recruitment Consultant and on job training will be provided daily
- The role will play a pivotal role in supporting Senior staff which in turn will offer a competitive salary, commission and benefits package in prestigious offices
