As the business continues to scale at pace, they are now looking to bring in an Assistant Buyer to support the team and play a key role in driving product performance across the site.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic buying function. You’ll work closely with the wider team, supporting day-to-day operations while developing a strong foundation in buying.

Key responsibilities include:

• Chasing overdue orders, managing back orders and liaising with the warehouse on delivery schedules
• Maintaining stock files and setting up new product codes on internal systems
• Uploading products to the website outlet as required
• Compiling KPI spreadsheets to track and analyse business performance
• Supporting with staff timesheets and wider administrative duties
• Providing ad hoc support across teams, offering exposure beyond traditional buying responsibilities

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Excellent written and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
• A genuine passion for the beauty industry
• Flexible, proactive and eager to learn
