Graphic Designer (Junior–Midweight, Digital Focus)

Hybrid | Littlehampton, West Sussex (3 days office / 2 days home)

£30,000–£35,000

A well-established, premium skincare brand is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its in-house creative team.

This role is suited to a junior to midweight designer looking to take the next step in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering engaging, high-quality creative across multiple digital and brand touchpoints.

The Role

Working closely with the wider creative and marketing teams, you will:

• Design engaging assets across social, digital campaigns, email, and web
• Contribute to campaign concepts and creative direction
• Help maintain a strong, elevated brand identity across all outputs
• Support wider brand activity including print, POS, and content creation
• Stay inspired by beauty, design, and cultural trends, bringing fresh ideas to the team

About You

• 2–3 years’ experience in a design role (beauty, lifestyle, retail or e-commerce preferred)
• A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual storytelling and digital-first design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; experience with XD and/or Figma is a plus (you’ll be using these day-to-day)
• Some exposure to motion/video (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is advantageous
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with strong communication skills
• A genuine passion for beauty and skincare
