ROLE: Conveyancing Assistant Or Paralegal

LOCATION: Sheffield

SALARY: £25,000 - £27,000 annum

As a Conveyancing Assistant, you will play a key part in ensuring transactions progress efficiently and accurately to support the client experience and success of the wider team.

Responsibilities as a Conveyancing Assistant:

• Supporting the team with administration and legal matters relating to the sale and purchase of residential property
• Opening and managing client files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Liaising with clients, solicitors, lenders and third parties.
• Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and contracts
