We’re expanding in the UK and looking for a dynamic HCM Project / Programme Manager to help shape our next phase of growth.

About the Role

This is more than a traditional project management position. You will lead complex HCM initiatives across UK and international clients, helping organisations transform how they manage their people, payroll, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of HCM projects and programmes
• Partner with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and outcomes
• Deliver HR technology implementations (HRIS, payroll, time & attendance, talent systems)
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Manage risks, budgets, and delivery quality
• Collaborate across global teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in HCM project or programme delivery
• Strong knowledge of HR systems (HRIS, payroll, workforce management)
• Experience with UK payroll and regulatory frameworks (HMRC, GDPR preferred)
• Strong technical aptitude
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
