Commercial Analytics Manager (Marketing)
London, Hybrid one day per week in office,
Salary up to £90,000 + Bonus

The business is scaling rapidly across international markets, supported by increasing healthcare investment and reimbursement. With a strong focus on data driven decision making, they are investing in modern analytics to standardise insight and improve commercial performance globally.
The Role
You will act as the analytics partner to marketing and commercial teams, owning performance reporting and turning data into clear, actionable insight.
- Build, own and evolve marketing dashboards covering campaigns, channels and KPIs
- Assess campaign effectiveness, ROI and attribution across digital, events and field activity
- Connect marketing activity to downstream outcomes such as sales, access and adoption
- Deliver funnel, journey and performance insights across regions and countries
- Support market access analytics, including reimbursement, payer data and competitive insight
- Present clear recommendations to marketing and commercial stakeholders
- Help move the business from fragmented reporting to consistent, scalable analytics
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong background in marketing or commercial analytics
- Proven experience owning dashboards and KPI frameworks
- Hands on capability in SQL and data analysis
- Experience with Tableau and or Power BI
- Strong understanding of campaign performance, ROI and attribution
- Comfortable working with imperfect or evolving data foundations
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear commercial narratives
- Experience in regulated environments such as pharma, medtech or healthcare is advantageous
What They Offer
- Base salary between £62,000 and £90,000 depending on experience
- Target bonus of 10%
