Associate Creative Director – Cinema 4D exp, 3D Retail, POS, events / 3D environment focus

This role is with a very exciting, global, creative and strategic, integrated agency and working across huge brands. We’re looking for a hands on Associate Creative Director to lead creative across a fast paced agency team that works heavily on shopper marketing and 3D retail environments + experiential / events projects. The ACD role combines strong conceptual, creative thinking, Cinema 4D visualisation, design craft excellence and team leadership, with strong client facing responsibility.
You’ll deliver standout work across Retail, FMCG Health & Beauty, and major entertainment clients as you work with structural designers and your design team on consumer facing shopper display and experiential briefs as well as retail branding and toolkits.
What You’ll Do
- Lead creative from concept to execution across varied retail and experiential briefs from FSDU’s, displays, retail environments and activations, events
- Conceptualise ideas and deliver high end visuals and crafted decks as well as the ability to present these to clients
- Oversee and sign off creative and design work from the team
- Lead by example with exceptional design craft and attention to detail as well as brand consistency
- Manage and mentor a small team of designers
- Translate briefs into strong creative solutions and present and sell ideas into clients
- Lead and support pitches
- Collaborate closely with Client Services, Structural Designers, production, and digital teams
- Manage multiple projects while meeting timelines and pushing the quality of creative, and design output
What You’ll Bring
- Exceptional conceptual thinking and design craft
- 3D visualisation experience with Cinema 4D
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience working with retail, consumer, FMCG clients and ideally some within entertainment and health and beauty
- Background across retail activation, shopper marketing and experiential or events output
- Happy to be hands on whilst also overseeing and developing a small team
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Cinema 4D
