We invest in your future through a unique 6–12-month immersive rotation program at our Beijing Headquarters. This program is designed to provide an in-depth understanding of our core business, culture, and operations, empowering you to drive organizational capability, build world-class teams, and ensure our people strategy accelerates our global growth.
