A highly regarded and fast-growing real estate investment manager is looking to hire an Asset Manager to support the expansion of their multi-let logistics portfolio.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-capitalised platform with an outstanding track record in UK logistics real estate, working within a collaborative, entrepreneurial team on a portfolio that is central to the business’s growth strategy.
The Role
You’ll work alongside the Asset Manager Director and collaborate closely with internal teams and external consultants to:
- Deliver end-to-end asset management across a dynamic, multi-let industrial portfolio
- Build strong occupier relationships to understand and support their operational needs
- Lead lease events including rent reviews, renewals, new lettings, and break options
- Identify and deliver refurbishment and redevelopment projects
- Contribute to strategic business planning and performance enhancement
- Engage in ESG initiatives and sustainability improvements
- Review and approve service charge budgets in partnership with property management
- Prepare and present reports to the Investment Committee
What We’re Looking For
- We’re looking for an ambitious and proactive individual
- MRICS qualification, with approx. 1–3 years’ PQE
- Experience in asset management ideally in the industrial/logistics sector
- A customer-facing mindset and confidence in managing tenant relationships
- Commercial acumen with strong negotiation and communication skills
- Interest in ESG and placemaking within real estate
- A team-oriented approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Full UK driving licence
