Location: London (one day a week in office)

Salary: £75k + Bonus + Benefits

This is great opportunity to lead and direct Principal and Lead Software Engineers of all levels, providing coaching and support to drive the capability of your engineering team.

You'll form part of a pair of Engineering Managers jointly responsible for the successful delivery of their product development and features. The two Engineering Managers will work closely together to provide leadership, alignment and strategic direction.

You will be a part of team that are leading in their industry. Who truly value their employees and their employees work-life-balance.

Key skills for this role:

• Experience with team management
• Strong foundation as a software engineer in a commercial setting
• Technical background, (preferably Java, AWS and AI)
• Clear communication
• Enthusiastic mind set
• Critical thinking and analytical skills
