Ideal Profile

• Opportunities for Associate, Senior Associate and Counsel level individuals who have gained experience in leading banking and finance groups in the UK
• Strong transaction management and client-facing capability
• A consistent career track record with demonstrated high performance
• Genuine enthusiasm for innovative, complex work
• For leveraged finance, individuals with experience working on international-style leveraged financings, such as European covenant-lite loans, US Term Loan B, and Australian unitranche deals, will be of particular interest
• For those with real estate finance experience, individuals with exposure to both investment and development deals, as well as familiarity with how to negotiate and document real estate asset financing, including construction financing, are most sought after
