Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to manage day-to-day HR duties and operational requirements across EMEA
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding for UK and EMEA employees
  • Manage the monthly payroll process for the UK and EMEA regions, ensuring accurate and timely delivery in coordination with external providers
  • Ensure all HR practices, policies, and employment documentation remain fully compliant with diverse local labor laws and statutory requirements across various EMEA jurisdictions
  • Oversee all pre-boarding arrangements and new joiner logistics to deliver a high-touch, consistent, and welcoming experience for employees
  • Handle employee queries by providing timely and accurate information
  • Update and maintain employee records on the HRIS efficiently to ensure compliance with confidentiality and data privacy regulations
  • Prepare, analyze, and present reports on complex people data, utilizing strong proficiency in data manipulation and spreadsheet tools to support internal reporting, compliance, and audit requirements
  • Proactively monitor and implement changes to HR practices and documentation to ensure strict adherence to evolving local labor laws and statutory requirements across various EMEA jurisdictions
  • Monitor the HR mailbox, manage incoming and outgoing responses, and escalate issues to the HR Manager as necessary
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of external service providers and benefit brokers, managing ongoing vendor performance to ensure consistent service standards and identifying opportunities for process improvements


Requirements

  • A minimum 2 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Operation role, especially with experience supporting EMEA regions
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS, maintaining data and reporting
  • Previous experience in a multi-national organisation would be an advantage
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law and a working knowledge of GDPR compliance and data protection practices
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
