Job Title: Assistant Operations Manager – Luxury Venue
Salary: £35,000 + Service Charge
Location: London
We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager in London to support the delivery of premium dining, immersive experiences, and events within a fast-paced, high-volume venue.
This is a hands-on role focused on day-to-day operations, team coordination, and delivering exceptional guest experiences across multiple concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily operations across dining, events, and immersive experiences
- Ensure all spaces are set and service-ready to a high standard
- Coordinate FOH, BOH, bar, and technical teams for seamless delivery
- Monitor guest experience, service flow, and operational efficiency
- Support team briefings, training, and staff coordination
- Assist with stock control, reporting, and operational admin
- Ensure health & safety compliance and operational standards are maintained
About You
- Experience in hospitality, events, or venue operations
- Strong organisational and team coordination skills
- Confident communicator with a hands-on leadership style
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Experience with systems such as EPOS or scheduling tools
