Service Care Legal are working with a leading housing association is seeking a Litigation Solicitor to join its in-house legal team, focusing on housing management and landlord & tenant disputes.

Please note that this role would require office attendance 3 days per week.


The Role


  • Manage a varied caseload including:


- Anti-social behaviour injunctions & possession claims

- Tenancy fraud, disrepair and access injunctions

- Environmental Protection Act prosecutions & money claims


  • Draft pleadings, witness statements and legal documents
  • Conduct advocacy (excluding trials)
  • Provide practical legal advice to internal stakeholders
  • Support training and development across the business


About You


  • Qualified Solicitor or Barrister with 2+ years’ PQE
  • Experience or strong interest in housing litigation / landlord & tenant law
  • Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills
  • Confident working both independently and as part of a team
