The Role
Support the management and optimisation of a portfolio of rooftop solar assets across residential and commercial sites.
- Monitor and analyse asset performance against KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement
- Investigate and resolve performance issues in collaboration with contractors and technical teams
- Oversee and assess the performance of operations & maintenance providers
- Ensure preventative and corrective maintenance is delivered in line with contractual obligations
- Manage documentation processes, including permissions and legal agreements
- Support resolution of access, rights, and compliance issues across residential sites
- Assist with onboarding new assets into internal systems and processes
- Support compliance across regulatory, health & safety, and environmental standards
- Contribute to optimisation projects across solar and storage sites
- Coordinate ESG data collection and internal reporting
