Senior Marketing Analyst
London - Hybrid Working (Tuesday to Thursday in the office)

They are a B2C fintech operating in a highly competitive environment. The business is scaling quickly across multiple products, creating complex analytical challenges and genuine opportunities to influence strategy. Analytics is organised into growth and product streams, working closely with engineering and commercial teams.
The Role
- Own marketing and growth analytics across multiple paid and non-paid channels, focusing on acquisition and funnel performance
- Analyse campaign performance to identify optimisation opportunities and inform marketing spend decisions
- Design and evaluate A B tests, incrementality tests, and cohort analyses with strong statistical rigour
- Build and improve attribution and measurement approaches, including multi touch and incrementality modelling
- Partner closely with product managers, credit teams, and engineering to improve mid to deep funnel performance
- Contribute to data model and schema design to improve insight quality and analytical agility
- Act as a senior individual contributor and thought partner across growth and product pods
Your Skills and Experience
- Strong commercial experience in marketing analytics within a consumer tech or digital product environment
- Advanced SQL skills and strong capability in Python for analysis and modelling
- Deep understanding of experimentation, causal inference, and statistical methods
- Experience with funnel optimisation, segmentation, cohort analysis, and lifetime value modelling
- Confidence working with attribution challenges across paid media, including privacy and measurement limitations
- Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into structured, data driven insights
- Experience with modern analytics engineering practices such as dbt is highly desirable
