A global specialty insurance business is seeking an experienced actuary to take the lead on portfolio management.
This will be the first dedicated hire focused on portfolio management, working closely with underwriting leadership across multiple portfolios.
This is not a ‘lip-service’ position, you will identify opportunities for change, development and optimisation and have real authority to implement your ideas.
As a well-capitalised and growing business, you will be involved in new business growth as well as structuring the current book.
Typically you will be a qualified actuary with prior experience in portfolio optimisation and influencing stakeholders at highest level. You may have been a senior actuary in pricing, reserving or capital, but want to move closer to underwriting and the CUO office.
