We are working with a leading international law firm to recruit a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to support a busy transactional Shipping team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative, globally connected practice with a strong reputation in complex, cross-border work.


The Role

Supporting senior partners and a team of lawyers, you will play a central role in the smooth running of the team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Complex diary and travel management, including international arrangements
  • Coordinating meetings, conferences, and client events
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Supporting matter management, including opening/closing files and drafting engagement documents
  • Assisting with billing, expenses, and financial administration
  • Preparing and amending legal documents, reports, and presentations


Business Development & Administration

You will also support wider team initiatives, including:

  • Maintaining CRM systems and updating client records
  • Assisting with pitches, marketing materials, and events
  • Coordinating webinars and industry engagement activities
  • General administrative support and liaising with internal departments


About You

  • Minimum 1 year’s experience in a law firm
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with a professional and client-focused approach
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with office systems
  • Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
  • Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player
