Funds Associate

A market-leading US firm is hiring a Funds Associate to join its top-ranked Investment Funds practice in London, one of the most respected platforms in the City.

You'll work directly with heavyweight partners on sophisticated GP-side mandates and select institutional investor work, advising global sponsors on fund formation, ongoing management, and regulatory matters across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate. This is high-visibility, market-shaping work with immediate client responsibility from day one.

Requirements

• 4–5 years' PQE gained at a leading UK or US funds practice
• Demonstrable expertise in fund structuring, formation, and LP negotiations
• England & Wales qualification (or another common law jurisdiction)
• First-class academics paired with sharp commercial instincts
