Operational Risk Manager

Currently working with a European focused Private Markets firm who are looking to hire an Operational Risk Manager to their UK business. You will be responsible for the development of the existing framework alongside colleagues in Europe, and will play a key part in the ongoing growth of the company. You should have previous experience of working in operational risk with a MiFID firm, and should be able to take a pragmatic approach to risk in line with the size and needs of the business.

Key Experience

• Previous experience working in the operational risk team of a MiFID firm
• Experience of contributing to framework and dashboard development
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Pragmatic and proportional approach to risk management
