Benefits & Pensions Analyst
Location: London (Euston)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (35 hours)
The Opportunity

This role sits within a central Reward team and offers excellent exposure to senior stakeholders, along with the chance to shape and enhance benefits and pensions across a complex, multi-entity environment.
The Role
You will support both the day-to-day delivery and ongoing development of benefits and pensions, playing a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
Reward & Governance
- Support the development and implementation of reward strategy
- Provide insight into pay structures, job architecture, and reward frameworks
- Ensure governance and compliance across benefits and pension schemes
- Review and enhance benefits to ensure competitiveness
- Contribute to wider recognition and total reward initiatives
Data, Insights & Reporting
- Reconcile payroll with benefits and pensions on a monthly basis
- Support forecasting through cost modelling and trend analysis
- Produce dashboards and insights for senior stakeholders
- Support annual reward cycles (salary review, bonus, incentives)
- Lead on Gender Pay Gap reporting, from data through to narrative
- Drive improvements in data quality, reporting, and processes
About You
You will bring a strong analytical mindset combined with commercial awareness, and a genuine interest in reward and benefits.
You are likely to have:
- Experience in reward, benefits, or pensions analysis
- Strong data and analytical skills, including modelling and reporting
- Experience supporting salary reviews, bonus or incentive processes
- Knowledge of governance and compliance within benefits and pensions
- Exposure to payroll reconciliation and statutory reporting
You will be:
- Highly detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy
- Comfortable translating data into clear, actionable insight
- A confident communicator, able to engage senior stakeholders
- Proactive, curious, and motivated to improve processes
