Associate Director / Director Role Overview

As an Associate Director / Director, you will lead the delivery of industrial and logistics projects while driving business growth through existing and new client relationships.

You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, working closely with senior leadership to develop and expand the consultancy’s presence within the industrial sector.

Projects will vary in scale and complexity, working with developers, investors, and occupiers across the industrial and logistics space.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of industrial and logistics projects from inception through to completion
• Develop and grow client relationships, including leveraging an existing network
• Drive business development activity and contribute to securing new instructions
• Provide strategic advice to clients across the project lifecycle
• Manage and mentor junior team members as the team grows
• Oversee project programmes, budgets, and risk management
• Act as a key figure in the growth and direction of the industrial offering

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering industrial / logistics projects within a consultancy environment
• Currently operating at Associate Director / Director level (or ready to step up)
• Strong track record in business development and client relationship management
• Ability to bring existing client relationships or a demonstrable network
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially aware with an entrepreneurial mindset
