Executive Assistant - Property Executive Search

A highly impressive global executive search and advisory firm seeking a polished, dynamic, and well-versed Search EA to come in and support their impressive yet down-to-earth Managing Partner. The role itself:

• Project and Search Execution
• Client and Candidate management
• Data Management and Financial Duties
• Complex diary and travel management
• General Administration duties
• Event and project organisation

The person:

• Ideally, a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications are required
• Ideally, 2 + years of executive search experience and project coordination with 5+ years of EA experience, ideally in financial services, property and/or professional services experience is a plus
• Exceptional multitasker able to manage multiple complex projects concurrently
• Outstanding organization, time management, prioritization, and attention to detail
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining composure
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence to build relationships across levels/functions and communicate effectively
• Collaborative team player able to maximize team performance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to learn databases, systems, and software quickly
• Demonstrated ethics, integrity, confidentiality and discretion in the workplace
