Are you experienced in running webinars and coordinating events for a membership audience?
We’re hiring a Training & Events Coordinator to deliver a high-volume programme of online training, webinars, and member events for a respected professional body.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver 150+ annual training sessions & events (mostly online)
- Run webinars end-to-end (setup, live delivery, troubleshooting)
- Coordinate hybrid & in-person events
- Manage speakers, delegates, and member communications
- Own logistics, systems, and delivery quality
What we need:
- Events/webinar coordination experience
- Ideally from a membership organisation or similar environment
- Strong organisation + ability to juggle multiple events weekly
- Confident using Zoom / online platforms
- Excellent stakeholder communication
