The Social Media Manager will lead the next stage of the brand’s social growth strategy, building a best-in-class presence across platforms while shaping team structure, creative direction and measurable performance.

Role Highlights

• Build and own the full social media strategy across app, website and consumer audiences
• Create clear content pillars and a roadmap for consistent growth
• Improve execution across campaigns, turning ideas into high-quality output
• Lead and influence specialists across community, production and content functions

• Proven success growing consumer-facing social channels
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on delivery mindset
• Confidence improving structure, processes and accountability
• Comfortable having challenging conversations and bringing people with you
• Editing, content production or on-camera confidence would be highly beneficial
