About the Client:
A leading international finance firm based in the West End. The business offer excellent benefits and a fast-paced, exciting environment! They are looking for a permanent Float EA to join them in their Private Equity division, supporting at Senior Managing Director level.
About the Role:
This is a busy and fast-paced senior-level Float EA position supporting within the Private Equity division. The client is looking for someone who is highly adaptable and who has a strong background in providing comprehensive support who can really hit the ground running and be an integral part of the team. The responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Proactive diary management and coordination of meetings across multiple time zones.
- Arranging complex international and domestic travel, including flights, accommodation, and ground transport.
- Acting as a professional point of contact, managing calls and correspondence with discretion.
- Organising and facilitating virtual meetings and conference calls.
- Preparing and reconciling monthly expenses using Concur.
- Providing flexible support with additional tasks as required.
Candidate specification:
- Proven track record of providing meticulous EA support, with previous experience of complex diary and travel management.
- Experience of supporting at Partner, C-Suite or Senior Managing Director level is essential.
- Previous experience in Private Equity is essential.
- Must be team-oriented, muck-in and self-motivated.
- Strong organizational skills as well as time management and prioritisation.

- Salary up to £80K, dependent on experience plus excellent benefits, including private medical & dental, discretionary bonus and generous annual leave allowance
- West End location
- 9am – 5.30pm, with some flexibility required for urgent business needs.
- Fully office-based, have some flexibility to work one day a week from home, subject to business needs.
