What you’ll be doing

• Keep client accounts running like clockwork—tracking renewals, meetings, and key actions
• Work closely with Account Managers on real client relationships
• Turn data into insights through reporting, account health tracking, and analysis
• Coordinate meetings, governance, and client communications
• Spot risks, chase actions, and keep everything moving forward
• Support onboarding and help new clients get up and running successfully

What we’re looking for

• 0–2 years’ experience (or a strong internship) in a client-facing, ops, or commercial role
• Highly organised with sharp attention to detail
• Confident working with data, spreadsheets, and CRM systems
• Strong communication skills—you’re comfortable speaking with stakeholders
• Curious about private equity, consulting, or commercial strategy
