A fantastic and rarely available role for an Executive Assistant with a strong track record of supporting high-volume international meeting and travel arrangements within financial services / investment sector.
Working for a tight knit Investor Relations team (and alongside two other administrative professionals), you will support two Partner-level executives directly with additional responsibilities for a couple of Associates:
Duties:
- High volume calendar management: calls, VCs and in-person investor meetings with attendant document printing and preparation
- Comprehensive international travel itinerary planning and expenses
- Updating investor CRM (Dealcloud) with new contacts, meeting events and interactions
- Supporting IR Coordinator with larger projects (AGM, Webinars, PR activity)
Experiences and Skills required:
- Minimum two years of experience in fast-paced, sales/client development area of banking, investments, professional services
- Very strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of DealCloud (or similar IR/Sales CRM)
- Ideally exposure to supporting IR activity
- Ability to embrace innovative working practices (AI/automation tools)
