This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Consultant, based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some flexibility for remote work. The Recruitment Consultant will play a pivotal role in understanding client needs, sourcing suitable candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process, and ensuring an excellent candidate and client experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, building and maintaining professional relationships, conducting interviews, advising both clients and candidates, and ensuring compliance with recruitment procedures and regulations.

• Experience or skills in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting processes
• Strong abilities in Consulting and Interviewing candidates
• Effective Communication skills with clients and candidates
• Capacity to build professional relationships and foster a collaborative environment
• Organizational and multitasking abilities to manage dynamic recruitment cycles
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is a plus
• Knowledge of the energy or workforce solutions industry is advantageous
• Proficiency in recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems is preferred
