Senior Quantity Surveyor

A highly reputable and award-winning Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking a capable Senior Quantity Surveyor who brings a client facing approach to join their central London team.

There is a requirement to be in the office/London for sites 3 days a week.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's Role

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will initially work on secured Commercial, Retail & Leisure projects, immediately jumping into London based projects with values ranging from £2M - £10M.

This is an engine room position. Someone with 5+ years knowledge is desired.

Someone who is MRICS is a desire of the consultancy, but project understand and experience is also important to them.

The Senior Quantity Surveyors duties will include managing the client from inception right through to completion, undertaking pre & post contract duties.

There is endless support and encouragement for all Quantity Surveyors to progress.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying degree
• Must be a PQS / Consultancy background
• Quantity Surveying background with EA/PM knowledge/experience preferred
• Able to lead on client meetings and take full project life cycle
• Pre and post contract knowledge
• Understanding within the £2M - £10M contract values
• Ideally MRICS

• £68,000 - £75,000
