The successful candidate will have:
- Previous paralegal experience within corporate law or a related transactional practice area
- Experience gained within a City or international law firm, or a comparable in-house legal environment
- A strong interest in Sustainability & ESG, with a desire to develop expertise in this rapidly growing space
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Confidence working in a fast-paced, collaborative professional environment
- A strong academic record
