Our client is a leading advisory and consulting firm and they are seeking an exceptional senior manager level candidate who has vast experience in technology, digital, AI and M&A to advise on a range of technology focused M&A projects relating to integration, separation, joint ventures and more.

The role presents an opportunity to fast-track career growth in a ‘Technology in M&A’ market that has witnessed unprecedented activity in the post-COVID era. The Technology team, within our client's Deals practice, has grown significantly and consistent, and is on track to double in size again over the next 3 years. They deliver value for clients by challenging conventional thinking, bringing deep industry and functional insights and executing with investor-grade rigour.

In this position they are seeking technology professionals that understand the cost of technology budgets and the finance numbers that investors will look at. This is key! Secondly, our client is seeking someone ideally with private equity experience. Much of the work they do is with PE clients and the ability to understand how PE clients think will be a huge advantage in this role. Alternatively, experience across corporates is a must.

Thirdly, vast experience of the M&A lifecycle is a must, whether it be experience of leading on tech focused integrations, separations, joint ventures, value creation or other.

If you have project experience of implementing AI systems in a way that has added value to a client's PnL, this will be extremely valuable.
