About the Role

As a Composites Technician at United Autosports, you will work across the full breadth of the business — supporting Hypercar, LMP2, GT3 and historic programmes.

You will be responsible for repairing, preparing and finishing composite components that directly impact performance, reliability and presentation.

This is a hands-on role where quality matters — but so does speed, adaptability and professionalism.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out structural and cosmetic composite repairs.
• Trimming, drilling and finishing components to specification.
• Supporting multiple programmes with differing requirements and timelines.
• Assisting with trackside repairs where required.
• Working closely with mechanics and engineers on fitment and integration.
• Maintaining materials, tools and a clean working environment.
• Supporting development components and special projects.

• Strong composites experience (motorsport, aerospace or similar).
