Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Site Manager to lead installation teams and take full responsibility for project delivery on site. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard, while maintaining strong communication between site and office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site teams to ensure productivity, quality, and accountability
- Oversee projects from installation through to completion and handover
- Monitor progress and resolve issues to keep projects on track
- Ensure all work meets specifications, quality standards, and client expectations
- Coordinate labour, materials, and site requirements
- Maintain clear communication with office teams and clients
- Enforce health & safety compliance on site
- Complete site reporting, inspections, and final snagging
Requirements
- Proven site management experience (construction, manufacturing , faade, or similar)
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to read technical drawings
- CSCS card required (SSSTS/SMSTS preferred)
- Good knowledge of health & safety regulations
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach
