Artemis Human Capital is pleased to be partnering with a well-established professional services firm in Belfast to recruit a Finance Manager to join their team.


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to take ownership of a broad internal finance function within a supportive and collaborative organisation known for its strong culture, high-quality client base, and forward-thinking approach.


The Role

As Finance Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring accurate reporting, strong financial controls, and timely delivery of management information to support senior decision-making.

You will work closely with leadership to provide insight into financial performance and help drive continuous improvement across finance processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Leading the internal finance function and overseeing daily accounting operations
  • Producing monthly management accounts and financial reporting packs
  • Managing balance sheet reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial data
  • Maintaining robust financial controls and improving existing processes
  • Overseeing supplier payments and cash flow management
  • Providing financial insight and ad hoc analysis to senior stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Supporting wider business initiatives from a finance perspective


About You

  • Qualified or qualified by experience finance professional
  • Strong background in management accounts and financial reporting
  • Experience in a hands-on finance role within a professional environment
  • Strong understanding of financial controls and systems
  • Proficient in Xero, Excel, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to work with senior stakeholders
  • Proactive, organised, and comfortable working autonomously
